We're not a company that makes you sit through a values workshop before you understand what you're building. Here's what working here actually looks like:
We're small. Everyone here touches more than their job description. A developer might talk to clients. An HR person will help shape product decisions. If that sounds exhausting, it's probably not the right fit. If it sounds interesting, it usually is.
We don't do internal hackathons or toy projects. The work you do here goes directly into products and services that clients depend on. That means the bar is real — and so is the satisfaction when it works.
Gretis is at an early enough stage that the people who join now will shape what it becomes. There's no fixed org chart five levels deep. If you're good and you want to take on more, there's more to take on.
We work hard when it matters. We also believe that sustainable output requires sustainable conditions. We're not a “hustle culture” company, and we're not building one.
We'll tell you what we think, directly. We expect the same. Bureaucracy and performance theater waste everyone's time — we'd rather skip it.
